Alden ROGERS committed suicide at his home in Russellville early on Sunday morning by shooting himself in the forehead. He has been in poor health for sometime and had consulted a specialist a short time before who told him he had but six months to live. He is survived by the wife who was Miss Edith YARYAN and by four small children. He was a carpenter by trade and was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Rogers of Russellville where he was born in 1901. --- kbz
